We offer Vertical Form Fill Seal Packaging Machine. VFFS is the abbreviation. This equipment forms bag shapes, fills the bags with product, and seals them. All is finished in a vertical fashion. A fully automated packaging system features high speed and minimal human involvement. It is best choice if a company runs a large number of products with relatively small changes. Rollstock film is a long, flat plastic packaging material wrapped around a hollow core. It’s usually pre-printed with graphics. This large roll of film is loaded onto a spindle assembly at the back of the machine. During the packaging, the film is pulled off by film pulling system, which is then shaped into a bag, filled with the product, and sealed. A Rollstock film is usually cheaper per bag and can be run at high speed.

The premade bags are ready for filling when reach the packaging machine. It always have an unrivalled premium look, but cost more than the filmed formed bag.

Normally, we use BPM as the unit for packaging speed. BPM means bags per minute, that is how many bags can be completed per minute. This is one of the key data when consulting packing machine. This is also shown in the spec list for each machine. However, many factors have influence the actual output rate, such as product physical features, bag size, bag type, operator skill etc. The best way to get actual production speeds is via test with the film/bag/product samples you send.
