FAQ for auger fillers

IPACKIE semi-automatic and automatic auger fillers easily handle a wide range of products. The selection for mode depends on the capacity you want.

Semi-auto mode: Operator makes packaging manually. Once pre-made bag in place, operator starts packaging via finger or foot switch. This is suitable for business starting stage.

Fully-auto mode: One or more filling heads are integrated with vertical film form and seal equipment or canning filling equipment. Together with powered conveying system, product stored in hopper is filled automatically into filmed bag or can. This achieves higher filling capacity.

Our auger filling packaging machines are capable of handling many of products, even challenging applications from non-free flow to free-flow ultra fine powders, powders and granules with our customized auger tooling.

It is obviously the auger filler can break the products like fruit, snacks and cereals. It is not recommended to use auger filling machine to pack such kind fragile goods.
